LOCAL LOOP BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Business Terms & Conditions govern the use of Local Loop by business users. By creating or operating a Business Account, you agree to these Business Terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines. If there is any conflict between these terms and the general Terms, these Business Terms shall apply to business activity.
To create and operate a Business Account, you must: Be at least 18 years old; Have authority to act on behalf of the business; Provide accurate and truthful business information; Operate a legitimate and lawful business. We may request additional verification where necessary.
Businesses must select a district when creating an account. Deals are visible only within the selected district. Businesses may not post deals outside their selected district unless explicitly permitted. District selection must reflect the genuine local operating area. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.
Deals must relate to genuine products or services, clearly describe the offer, and include an expiry date. Deals must be lawful and not misleading. Local Loop currently limits businesses to two (2) deals per calendar month unless otherwise updated. We reserve the right to modify deal limits in the future.
To maintain community integrity, business users may not include external links in deal titles, descriptions, comments, or profiles. This includes website URLs, social media links, online ordering systems, QR codes, or requests to move communication to WhatsApp or Telegram. All engagement must remain within Local Loop. Violation may result in content removal or account termination.
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of deal information, availability, pricing transparency, and compliance with UK consumer protection laws. Local Loop does not guarantee deal accuracy or service quality. All transactions occur directly between the business and users.
Local Loop reserves the right to review and moderate business content, remove content without notice, suspend accounts for rule violations, and restrict deal posting frequency. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
We may suspend or terminate a Business Account if false information is provided, the external link policy is violated, deal limits are bypassed, or fraudulent content is posted. Termination may occur with or without prior notice where required for safety or compliance.
At the time of publication, business deal posting is free of charge. Local Loop reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or advertising options in the future. Businesses will be notified of material changes within the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamBalance Ltd shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, reputational damage, user disputes, or misunderstandings between users and businesses. Businesses use Local Loop at their own risk.
Businesses must comply with UK consumer protection laws, advertising standards, data protection laws, and local trading regulations. Local Loop does not provide legal compliance advice.
Business accounts are subject to the Local Loop Privacy Policy. Business-related data may be stored and processed to operate the platform.
We may update these Business Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the Business Account after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
