LocalLoop does not provide payment, delivery, escrow, insurance, or guarantees.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information.

4. District-Based Visibility

Your content is visible only within your district. Users in other districts cannot view your posts.

5. User Responsibility & Risk

All interactions are at your own risk. LocalLoop is not responsible for:

• Item condition or safety
• Missed meetups or disputes
• Loss, damage, or injury

6. Rules for User Content

You agree not to post:

• Misleading or fraudulent content

• Harassment or hate content
• Spam or repeated promotion

7. Borrow, Swap & Free Items

• Inspect items before accepting
• Agree terms clearly
• Meet safely

8. Business Deals

• Deals must be local
• Expiry date required
• Limited number of deals per month
• No external links (unless allowed)

9. Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts if rules are violated.

10. Admin Messaging

Admins may contact users for safety or account-related issues.
